What time do your pastries come out?
We open at 8am with most pastries ready to go! Every once in a while, some of our pastries need a little extra time. Oven temps, rise times, and Mother Nature call the shots, and our bakers do their best to keep up!
Every day is different, and we do our best to keep things consistent!
What time is lunch ready?
Our full lunch menu kicks off at 11am! We make our sandwiches in small batches, so they roll out at different times (trust us—it keeps things moving). Baguette sandwiches usually hit the counter between 9am and 10am, with focaccia sandwiches close behind.
Salads are grab-and-go and can be found in the case.
If you’re on a tight timeline, we always recommend calling ahead for pickup.
Are your sandwiches made to order?
Short answer: Our sandwiches are prepared in small batches! It keeps wait times down while maintaining quality and freshness, and it means that our sandwiches come out at different times. If we run out (Turkey lovers, we see you), we whip up a new batch, not a single sandwich.
Always let us know if you have a dietary restriction and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Every day is a little different! Our most popular pastries can sell out as early as 9am or stick around until we close. Weekends usually go faster. Pastries are always first-come, first-served, but you can always call ahead to check what’s left.
What time do you sell out?
We wish it were that simple! Baking is a science, and our schedule is carefully timed to have pastries and sandwiches ready when you want them. Once we sell out, we’re out, but we always do our best to predict what we’ll need. Most days we nail it; sometimes we don’t!
Can’t you just make more?
We’d love to, but the short answer is no—we’re at max capacity most of the year. Sometimes we have a little extra room, and when we do, we’ll announce it on Instagram and on our website!
Do you take special orders?
All pastries are first-come, first-served!
Can i order pastries over the phone?
We have counter seating available inside year-round, and open up our outdoor seating when Mother Nature graces us with Summer sunshine!
Do you have seating?
We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, but we are not an allergen-free bakery. Food prepared at the bakery may contain these ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, and fish.
Please always let us know if you have an allergy before placing your order.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We do! Gift cards are always available for purchase at the bakery. We can also take gift card purchases over the phone and hold them for you at the register.
